CANCELLATION POLICY
For Cancellations please contact the us via Contact Us form on this website. Cancellations will be considered till such time that we begin processing your order. Once we initiate this process, orders cannot be cancelled.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items, please report the same within 1 day of receipt of the products, to our Customer Service team using the Contact Us form on this website. The request will, however, be entertained only once we have checked and determined the same at our end.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service representative in charge of your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
